Thursday Homework, Michio Kaku

Tomorrow we look forward to Ayaka's presentation--be sure to come on time!

We covered Focus points 4, 5, and 6 and will do the following exercises:

Exercises 7 and 8 (p249), Exercise 9 (page 251--please write this on a piece of paper and hand it in) and Exercise 11 on page 253.

I'll also hand back the homework that you gave me today.

In the meantime (for those of you who checking this site!), watch the scientists Michio Kaku, an American scientists, despite the Japanese name and looks, who explains what nanotechnology can do for us.  If you find it hard to follow him, go to Youtube and click the icon that looks like a sheet of paper with writing on it.  If you move the cursor over it, it should say "transcript).  You'll see it below the video to the right of  "Add to."

We'll also listen to this tomorrow in addition to the text listening section.

Enjoy!
